Founded in 2021, Micucci Contracting Inc. is a full-service General Contractor providing construction services in the National Capital Region. With deep roots in the Ottawa construction and business community, Micucci Contracting Inc. has achieved steady and consistent growth by building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. We strive to provide a project delivery model centered around customer service and high-quality work. With over 38 years of industry experience Micucci Contracting Inc. is committed to delivering the highest level of service to all our clients. We specialize primarily in interior Tenant Improvements and office fit-ups of commercial spaces.
We strive to furnish our clients, whether it be building owners, building managers or tenants directly, with the most cost-effective product without compromising the design concept of the architect’s or designer’s drawings. We partner with professional subcontractors who have proven themselves to work closely with us to ensure quality control and maintaining schedule on all our projects.

Jim Micucci
Jim’s BIO
Jim has been in the commercial construction management business for 38 years specializing in the interior tenant fit up sector. He is recognized for his professionalism and for having strong motivational and leadership skills, which allow him to communicate well with individuals on all levels, Jim’s education and extensive knowledge of the general contracting industry include contract writing, budget analysis and management of multi-subcontractor construction projects. Jim is recognized for having strong motivational and leadership skills, which allow him to communicate with individuals on all levels, and thus motivating his team to exceed client expectations. His many accolades prove that he is recognized for his professionalism and expertise while maintaining a strong work ethic.
David Micucci
David’s BIO
David partners and joins Micucci Contracting Inc. with 11 years of experience in the construction industry, from gaining hands-on experience on various sites to learning firsthand from upper management in the office. With a thorough and detail-oriented work ethic, David is focused on project success through strategic team building and realistic strategies to accomplish project goals. Using his strong communication and organization skills, David ensures that all jobs go smoothly and, ultimately, that the client is entirely satisfied. David is a graduate from the University of Ottawa with a Major in Economics. David has completed the Construction Project Management course presented by the OCA and has used his education and experience to ensure successful project outcomes.
Daniel Micucci
Daniels’s BIO
Daniel partners and joins Micucci Contracting Inc. with 6 years of experience in the construction industry, from gaining hands-on experience on various construction sites. Daniel is a graduate of the Architectural Technology program as well as the Construction Management program from Algonquin College. He has also completed the Site Superintendent course presented by the OCA. Daniel specializes in commercial tenant fit ups and renovations and has extensive experience in multi floor, multi unit residential hotel to apartment conversion projects. He is recognized for the supervision and management of multiple subcontractor employees. He has an excellent hands-on knowledge of all aspects of construction disciplines from demolition to finish painting and everything in between. Daniel has utilized his education and experience to ensure seamless and successful outcomes on all his projects.
Dan Bassi
Dan’s BIO
Prior to joining Micucci Contracting Inc., Dan spent 16 years working with Jim Micucci as a site superintendent / project manager on numerous projects including commercial tenant fit ups, commercial renovations, multi level residential condominium renovations, retail tenant fit ups, warehouse renovations and new restaurants. Dan also possesses many years of experience working with his tools and is adverse in working with steel studs, drywall, acoustic ceilings, plastering, painting, flooring, and millwork just to mention a few. Dan has an invaluable talent of managing multiple small projects consecutively while maintaining a calm and organized working environment always producing quality finishes that our clients have come to expect and so deserve.
