Wellington-Altus Tenant Fit Up Project
This high-profile project started from an empty floor plate and was a high end, tenant fit up with custom finishes including full height, stained, rift-cut white oak doors & door frames, glazed sidelights, acoustic ceilings, extensive, custom millwork, high end kitchen infrastructure, all coming together creating a modern, high-performance workspace.
Anytime Fitness – College Square
This project commenced with a complete gut of an existing retail space including the electrical and mechanical infrastructure in preparation of a full fitness centre tenant fit up project.
Micucci Contracting Inc. was hired as Construction Manager to oversee this project including the architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing design with our preferred designer and engineers. Permits were secured, and the project was professionally managed and successfully completed on time, on budget and on schedule.
LifespanMD
This beautiful project is featured in the Ottawa Business Journal’s Best Offices Ottawa 2025 edition. This Construction Management project started with the gutting of an old, dilapidated veterinarian clinic and, in the end, was transformed into an innovative medical clinic with a warm, welcoming aesthetic. Most of the space was reconstructed and refinished end to end, transforming a former animal hospital into Ottawa’s first personalized longevity-focused medical center.
Lifespan clients are now greeted by a warm and welcoming lobby, with painted brick behind a gently lit sign. There is a presentation space to introduce new and potential clients to the program and discuss their wellness goals. There are also examination rooms, a lunchroom and a fitness area, all of which do a great job of modernizing the space.
Telesat –Gym, Showers & Washroom Renovation
This multi faceted tenant fit up project was a full renovation of three separate areas within the same building which included major Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Architectural upgrades to meet current modern-day standards. The result is a new state of the art employee fitness facility, an updated storage room, a large high end staffroom kitchen and modernized men’s and women’s showers and bathrooms.
