Anytime Fitness – 1 Antares Drive, 5th Floor
Selected to complete a high-end tenant fit-up for the corporate Canadian head office of Anytime Fitness. One area of the space included backlit mirrors, specialty custom lighting and distribution systems, fitness-themed wall signage and graphics, a custom brick wall with an overlay of backlit signage and rubber flooring to simulate a gym setting. This project also included a sophisticated Haworth glass partition system, custom millwork such as slat wall ceilings, wall panel systems, lobby area reception desk with integrated lighting, and full kitchen millwork. It also included a full accessible washroom complete with a shower, custom 30”x30” suspended ceiling system with custom specialty lighting and mechanical diffusers, and a refresh of the existing 2 exterior balconies.
Synopsys – 84 Hines Road, Ground Floor
Renovation of existing office space on the ground floor including a custom DIRTT partition system, custom wall graphics, custom felt wall finishes, Plyboo wall panels, specialized magnetic glass whiteboards throughout, custom boardroom millwork, wellness room millwork, kitchen millwork, and new specialty roller shades throughout the space. This project helps to set a precedent in the high-tech tenant fit-up industry in the Ottawa/Kanata area.
CRA – 395 Terminal Avenue, Floor 2-4 and 6-8
This was a standard government tenant fit-up project with many government-standard finishes but was greatly enhanced by the introduction of custom applications such as custom moss and wood accent wall panels throughout all floors, specialized 3form resin divider panels, custom Canadian landscape wall graphics, and Tectum acoustic wall panels in many offices. This project also included the audio-visual installation of over 400 display brackets and television monitors throughout. It also included the supply and installation of a custom anodized aluminum door and window frame system complete with custom wood doors and window film.
1132 Tighe Street – Manotick, ON
Conversion of a 165-year-old dilapidated heritage home to a modern-day pediatric clinic for a prominent Ottawa doctor. This extensive renovation project included the complete demolition of the entire ground floor partitions, perimeter walls, and flooring, including the wood joists, to expose the basement. It also included the complete conversion of the garage into the new main entrance and reception area/waiting room for the clinic. This project included an extensive structural element to rebuild the ground floor and the garage, as well as a full interior fit up of the space to bring it up to todays medical facility standards.
10 Spyglass Ridge – Stittsville, ON
A complete home renovation project which brought a 70’s home back to life. This project included the complete demolition of the entire ground floor and reconstruction of the entire residence, including custom ensuite bathroom, guest bathroom, mudroom, sunroom, living room, and a completely new modern kitchen complete with custom millwork with high end quartz finishes and an impressive 14’ standalone waterfall island.
Insight Global Tenant Fit-Up
99 Bank Street, 10th Floor: renovation of existing office space on the 10th floor including drywall partitions, custom glass meeting room partitions, spray painting of the ceiling in the open area, painting, vinyl wallcovering, wall finishes including brick wall and magnetic whiteboards, kitchen, coffee station and copy area millwork, window film, all HVAC including new AC unit, plumbing for new kitchen and coffee station, floor finishes including polished concrete floor topping, fire protection work, all electrical including many specialty light fixtures.
Canadian Association of Radiologists Tenant Fit-Up
220 Laurier Avenue, 11th Floor: renovation of existing office space on the 11th floor including a moss feature wall, new kitchen and copy room millwork, cork LVT flooring, new carpet tiles, painting, door hardware, window film, electrical including potlights and accent lighting, HVAC, and plumbing for new kitchen.
Waterford Storefront Modifications
333 Preston Street, Ground Floor: demolished old revolving entrance door system and replaced with a new Stanley automatic sliding door system. New ceramic tiles at entrance, floor grilles, and aluminum glazing system.
BentallGreenOak Sunlife Financial Centre Shower Room Fit-Up
50 O’Connor Street, P1, P2 & P3: converted spaces on levels P1, P2 and P3 into washroom and shower rooms. Includes all new plumbing services, HVAC services into the space, all electrical, drywall framing, painting, ceramics throughout, millwork including quartz countertops, lockers, custom toilet and shower partitions.
Canderel Show Suite Fit-Up
250 Albert Street, 2nd Floor: renovation of existing office space on the 2nd floor including demolition of existing walls, new PC350 office partition system, drywall, polished concrete floor throughout, LVT and carpet flooring, paint throughout, kitchen, coffee station and copy area millwork, plumbing to the new kitchen sink, HVAC, electrical reconfigurations and fire protection.
